Creating Change Starts With Body Acceptance

In order to move forward you have to accept your present state. You cant move forward in a positive way if you are stuck with a negative mind. If you are wanting to make a change, wanting a healthier body, a better mindset; you can’t beat yourself up for where you currently are. This is a process of thinking that develops with consistent hard work. It took me a while to get here; I used to constantly think negatively about myself, look in the mirror and point out all the things I didn’t like. When you are so focused on the bad where does that leave room for the good? Instilling a positive way of thinking makes room for great success. So the next time you are about to criticize yourself; take a moment and ask, “am I going to create change by picking myself a part or am I going to create it with encouragement? The choice is up to you and the results will be a reflection of that choice.

My name is Kaytlin and I created this blog to help others who may find themselves at a crossroads with their health. I have been there, lived it, and found the path to happiness. I lost over 65 pounds and gained an entire new mindset on life. On a more personal note, I am 25 years old and live in northern Indiana with my fiancee Tyler and border collie, lab mix, Iris.
